1. Minimum system requirements for Wings-Bridge software

The minimum system requirements for the Wings-Bridge software are Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) x64.

2. Required runtime libraries

To run the Wings-Bridge software on Windows, the following runtime library must be installed:

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2019 or later) x64.

If you encounter problems such as the software not working or crashing, try reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.

3. Solving X-Plane detection problems

If the Wings-Bridge software does not recognise X-Plane, download the plugin file, extract it and copy it to the Resources\plugins folder in the X-Plane installation directory. Example path :

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 12\Resources\plugins

4. Resolution of compatibility problems with MSFS2020

If the Wings-Bridge software or hardware does not work correctly with MSFS2020, download the WF_WASM file, extract it and copy it to the Community folder in the MSFS2020 installation directory.

Examples of access paths :

5. Troubleshooting FlightFactor A320 Ultimate

If FlightFactor A320 Ultimate does not work correctly, locate the file publishable.txt in the DOCs folder in the FlightFactor A320 Ultimate installation directory. Copy it to the data folder in the same directory and rename it publish.txt.
